About
Bin Jia finished MArch from the Oslo School of Architecture (AHO) in 2020 and studied at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) in 2018.
From 2020-2022 he worked for Christian Kerez as a project architect, including a House in Salzburg, Textile Museum and a winning competition in China. Most recently He starts his own practice parallel with freelance work for Jensen & Skodvin. He has been teaching and a visiting critic at the Oslo School of Architecture.
In his projects, he strives for a balance between exploring something specific for a place and trying to create autonomous objects at the same time. To think about what great spaces could be and how one could create and build them as intuitively as possible.
